For 28 years, Lineheart has been crunching on Apple. The only Apple Premium Reseller in Luxembourg, it has six sales outlets in the country, mainly for Apple products but also for other brands in order to provide complete installations, from networks to video projectors. Using 4D for iOS, the Luxembourg IT company and Apple reseller has developed a mobile app that extends its existing 4D application for its internal needs. Its 10 technicians now manage their appointments with their customers (professionals or individuals) using this application on iPad. Customers now validate interventions by signing on an iPad. With no need for paper forms, it’s time to focus on productivity, efficiency and managing the unexpected!
